Managing Partner

Benny is a Managing Partner of Proud Communities. Benny leads the day-to-day management of the firm, together with raising equity, sourcing new investors and maintaining relationships with Proud Communities investors. Before joining Proud Communities, Benny led as a CEO of a Chicago based real estate company, its operations, and acquisition of multifamily properties valued above $220,000,000, in Chicago, Houston and Manhattan between 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Benny worked as a Business Development and Acquisitions executive for an international real estate investment firm, where he analyzed, negotiated and acquired over 50 value-add multifamily properties across the US, valued around $1,000,000,000. Prior to that, Benny worked for Accenture, the largest consulting firm in the world, consulting to financial institutions and other clients about financial innovation, venture capital strategy and Fintech. Before joining Accenture, Benny worked for several years as a commercial and high-tech attorney for leading law firms in Israel, where he was involved in large international investments and mergers & acquisition transactions. Benny holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University's Coller School of Management, and a B.A. (Business) and LL.B from the IDC in Herzliya.
